Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Stone Play 2 (the "game"), the paid stone-stacking game for Android and iOS made by HIZARC Games ("we", "us"), handles information. It applies to the game on Google Play and the App Store.

1. Information we collect

None. The game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information, and it has no way to send information to us. We do not use advertising IDs, cookies or device fingerprinting.

2. Information stored on your device

The game saves a few small values on your device so it can remember them between sessions:

• your best score for each stone set;
• the stone set and mode you picked last;
• your Music, Sound and Vibration settings.

These values never leave your device and we cannot see them. They are deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data in your device settings.

3. Internet connection

Stone Play 2 does not need an internet connection and does not connect to any server. The only link in the game is the Privacy Policy button in Settings, which opens this page in your web browser.

4. Device permissions

On Android the game uses the vibration permission to give a short buzz when a stone falls, only while the Vibration setting is on. The game does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or files.

5. Purchases and app stores

Stone Play 2 is a paid game with no in-app purchases. When you buy it, the payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never receive your payment details. Google and Apple may also share anonymous, aggregated crash reports and statistics with developers if you have allowed this in your device settings. Their handling of your information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and the Apple Privacy Policy.

6. Children's privacy

Stone Play 2 is suitable for players of all ages. Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) either.

7. Your rights

Laws such as the GDPR (EU and UK), the CCPA (California) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act give you rights over your personal data, including access and deletion. As we hold no personal data about Stone Play 2 players, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can remove everything the game stores by uninstalling it or clearing its data.

This page is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may log technical information such as your IP address when you visit, for security purposes; see the GitHub Privacy Statement.

9. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the game changes how information is handled, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date before that version is released.
