Stone Play (free)
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026
The short version: Stone Play is free because it shows ads from Google AdMob.
- We (HIZARC Games) do not collect your name, email, contacts or any account details. There is no sign-in.
- Google AdMob uses a device advertising identifier and basic device and usage data to show and measure ads.
- In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland the game asks for your consent first, and you can change it any time in Settings.
- Your scores and settings stay on your device.
This policy explains how Stone Play (the "game"), the free stone-stacking game for Android and iOS made by HIZARC Games ("we", "us"), handles information. Our paid game Stone Play 2 has no ads and has its own privacy policy.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information ourselves. The game has no accounts, no sign-in and no chat, and we do not run our own analytics or servers for it.
2. Ads by Google AdMob
The game shows an occasional full-screen ad between games, and an optional "watch an ad to continue" video when a stone falls. Ads never appear while you are building. These ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the game may collect and send to Google:
- the device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, where permitted);
- your IP address, which can indicate your approximate location;
- device and app information, such as device model, operating system, language and app version;
- ad interactions (which ads were shown or tapped) and diagnostic data such as crash logs from the SDK.
Google may use this data to show personalised ads, where you have allowed it, or non-personalised ads otherwise. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads; iPhone: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking).
3. Your consent (EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland)
If you are in these regions, the game shows Google's consent message before any ads load, so you can choose whether your data may be used for personalised ads. You can change your choice later with the Ad privacy button in the game's Settings. On iPhone, the IDFA is only available to ads if you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency; otherwise ads are shown without it.
4. Information stored on your device
The game saves a few values on your device: your best score, the stone set you picked last, and your Music, Sound and Vibration settings. They never leave your device and are deleted when you uninstall the game.
5. Device permissions
The game uses the internet (to load ads), the advertising ID (for ads) and, on Android, vibration (a short buzz when a stone falls, if Vibration is on). It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or precise location.
6. Children
Stone Play is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have rights to access, delete or object to the use of your personal data. As we do not hold personal data about players, requests about ad data are handled by Google; you can also contact us and we will help.
8. This website
This page is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log technical information such as your IP address for security; see the GitHub Privacy Statement.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how the game handles information, we will update this page and its "Last updated" date.
